Iowa Datacenter Now Open & Fully Supports Old PHP Versions
Prior to the last migration that was carried out on your account, the servers hosting your data were using MySQL5.7.
The latest line of machines you are using is either RHEL8 or AlmaLinux 8 + MySQL8.0.
Before the migration, some customers with applications running old PHP versions (e.g 5.6 and lower) ran into some issues.

Does the PHP version at MultiPHP Manager the same as what you have at MultiPHP INI Editor?
PHP 8.0 is the current default PHP version on most of our host machines.
The reason for this is to encourage customers to prep ahead.

mPDF is a PHP library that generates PDF files from UTF-8 encoded HTML.
Chamilo uses this library to convert HTML to PDF.
It has been discovered that this can be abused by people able to edit the HTML (so with edition permissions) to trigger a Remote Code Execution vulnerability.
This probably affects all 1.11.* versions.
