When a new domain is registered, you as the registrant have 14 days to click the verification link and verify the contact information.
If you fail to verify the contact information after 14 days, the domain will be suspended and the domain will go offline.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on domains that didn't complete this process nor do we delete them when this happens.
In fact, we do offer refunds for domains that have gone through the registration process and have been activated.
But we will disable the auto-renew feature on the domain to make sure it does not renew next year.
