This hosting tutorial will show you how to access SitePad website builder from your Softaculous end-user panel.
Note: If you do not see the SitePad Enduser in Softaculous, please contact our support team.

Login to Panel
Go to your end-user panel (e.g. cPanel's URL will be https://domain.com:2083) and log in with your details.
There click on the Softaculous Icon or Link.
The Softaculous Enduser Panel will open.
Access SitePad
- On the left side, you will find a list of categories.
- Select SitePad Website Builder.
- On accessing SitePad Website Builder you will be redirected to the Feature Page.
You can see the screenshot given below of the Feature Page when accessing SitePad Website Builder for the first time.
Click on Get Started you will be redirected towards the SitePad Editor.
You can also check the Plans that we offer.
Note: Once you are redirected you will not see the feature page again and you will need to click on SitePad Website Builder shown on the categories list and you will be redirected to the SitePad Editor.
Purchasing a Plan
When you access SitePad Website Builder you are by default opted for the Free Plan.
If you need to Upgrade Plan from Free to any other Plan then you will need to Select Plans Page then Select your desired Plan.
Click on Purchase Button.
On click of Purchase Button, you will be shown a PayPal button with the amount that you will be paying as a confirmation.
You can choose to Pay as a Guest or Login with your PayPal account.

Note: After Payment, you will be sent an email on a successful transaction with the details of your purchase.
You will need to Log Out and Log In again for the changes of Plan to apply.
Also, the Disk Space shown in every Plan is for Media you upload on our editor servers for your website.
The actual disk space for your web hosting account depends on the hosting plan you have purchased with your web hosting provider.
Upgrade/Renew a Plan
You can choose to Upgrade a Plan as per your needs or Renew if the Plan expires.
To Upgrade a Plan or Renew you will need to select Plans Page.
Click on the Upgrade Button to upgrade your plan or click on Renew Button to renew your Current Plan.
On click of Upgrade Button or Renew Button, you will be shown a PayPal button with the amount that you will be paying as a confirmation (in case of an upgrade in plan the payment amount will be adjusted with your current plan).
You can choose to Pay as a Guest or Login with your PayPal account.
Note: After Payment, you will be sent an email on a successful transaction with the details of your Upgrade/Renew.
You will need to Log Out and Log In again for the changes of Plan to apply.
Billing History/Account Key
If you want to look for your Billing History you can select Billing Page to check the details of all your Purchases.
In case you need to Migrate your current SitePad Plan to another account you can provide us with the account key that can be found on the Billing Page.
