clientTransferProhibited tells your current domain's registry to reject requests to transfer the domain to another registrar.

It is a security setting that prevents unauthorized attempts via hijacking and/or fraud to transfer your domain to another registrar without your consent.

It is not possible to transfer a domain name with this status.

To transfer a domain with clientTransferProhibited status, you must first contact your current registrar and request that they remove this code.

Once you have done that, run a Whois lookup via a command-line or by visiting http://www.internic.net/whois.html or use a tool that your registrars provide (often via the domain's DNS dashboard) to find out the current domain's status codes.

Your domain's status codes will be included in the search results.
