Welcome to Web Hosting Magic!
WordPress has taken the CMS market by storm and getting even more popular with each passing day.
With WordPress, you can create a beautiful website or blog with ease.
To assist customers like you who want to use WordPress to get the best of it, we have provided WordPress automation and provisioning tools to help you with WordPress installations.
These of course help you with your website management service and save tons of hours instead of fiddling with WordPress and risking breaking things.
3 Ways To Install WordPress
There are three ways to install WordPress on your website.
You can install WordPress either:
- with cPanel WordPress Toolkit
- with Softaculous WordPress Manager
- from your customer dashboard
Before the installation though, ensure that our system has installed a valid SSL/HTTPS certificate to the domain.
If you have made the desired DNS changes, this must have been (or would soon be) completed.
You can check the status by visiting cPanel > Security >> SSL/TLS Status.
If you see any error, it might likely be because the appropriate DNS has not been made.
Just visit cPanel > Domains >> Zone Editor >> Manage and replicate the Domain Name System (DNS) zone records there, at your domain's Registrar's DNS dashboard.
If you have bought a domain from us, this would be automatically taken care of.
If it is not, please either visit Domain Management, click on "Manage" and then "DNS Management".
If you are not sure what to do or unable to locate this, contact our technical support team to make the needed changes.
If you have purchased a domain from another Registrar such as the ones listed below, you can follow these links to learn how to make changes to your DNS.
Else, contact the technical team of the Registrar you lease-purchase the domain from.
- Bluehost.com
- Domain.com
- Clouflare.com
- DreamHost.com
- Dynadot.com
- Enom.com
- GoDaddy.com
- Hover.com
- HostGator.com
- HostPapa.com
- Name.com
- Namecheap.com
- NameSilo.com
If you want to transfer the domain to your web hosting account for easier management, please visit Web Hosting Magic Hitch-free Domain Transfer
The Question
Now that the domain's SSL is ready, let's proceed with the actual WordPress installation.
The first question you need to ask yourself is, what tool should I use to manage your WordPress?
On our platform, we have three ways to manage your WordPress including its core, themes, plugins, and everything else.
WordPress Toolkit
WP Toolkit is a feature-rich, secure and versatile management interface to install, configure, and manage WordPress®.
It has everything you need to take control of your WordPress websites and there is no limit to the number of WordPress websites you can manage with WP Toolkit.
WordPress Toolkit Features:
- use the 1-click installer to initialize and configure WordPress from start to finish. The one-click installer of WP Toolkit does everything from start to finish. WordPress Toolkit will download WordPress, create a DB with a DB user, creates an admin account in WordPress, and initializes WordPress so that it's fully ready for use.
- clone your site and set up a staging environment for your experiments, new features, and new ideas. You can sync to production when you're ready.
- stage, clone, sync, update, migrate, and other complex tasks executed with one click. No more stressed-out dev teams, no more high-risk activities.
- harden your site by default, further enhanced with the Toolkit’s security scanner. No security expertise is needed.
- scan all WordPress sites with Plesk to identify and protect your core installations, no manual work is needed. Simply check the items you wish to harden, click "Secure", and you’re done.
- singularly or mass-execute updates to the WP core, themes, or plugins. Monitor and run all your WordPress sites from one dashboard.
- quickly find and install a plugin or theme on a WordPress instance or several instances at once. Activate and deactivate plugins. Bulk remove plugins and themes that are not needed. Install plugins and theme sets on existing sites.
- use the Smart Updates feature to notify you if issues are found or update your original site automatically if no issues are identified. Your site will never stay broken after updates again.
- use the Backup and Restore Points to restore your site back to its previous state if something goes wrong during an update or normal maintenance.
- to activate WordPress maintenance mode when updating WordPress, plugins, or themes with a single click.
- access WordPress Command Line Interface for all your WordPress instances. Import a database, create a new user, and update themes and plugins using WP-CLI. Access a full range of cloning options with Cloning CLI.
To install a new WordPress installation, either visit cPanel > Domains >> WP Toolkit.
Or take a look at the upper-left side of your cPanel and you will something like this image below:
When the page loads, select the domain and click Install WordPress as seen below:
Potential Issue
When installing WordPress, WP Toolkit tries to retrieve data from wordpress.org.
By default, if WP Toolkit cannot establish a connection in 15 seconds, wordpress.org is considered to be unavailable.
If you experience connectivity issues (for example, due to the poor quality of the Internet connection), it might be due to the timeout value which determines the maximum amount of time that you want the server to wait for a response from the remote server before it generates errors.
If this happens, please consider contacting our support team so we can take a look at the server timeout value.
Softaculous WordPress Manager
WordPress Manager is a WordPress utility tool by the Softaculous team to manage WordPress installation in one place.

To add a WordPress installation, start by entering a title, path, and password, and then click Install.
Once installed, you can click Go to Website to visit the WordPress installation's main page.
Clicking Admin will direct you to the WordPress installation's login page.
To manage your WordPress installations, you can select an existing installation from the menu.
Import WordPress To WordPress Toolkit or WordPress Manager
If you have an existing WordPress installation being hosted elsewhere, you can import it to your new WordPress account.
If you are using WordPress Toolkit, use the "Scan" to scan and import the WordPress installation to WordPress Toolkit.
