If you receive the error

"PHP Error ...iconv.internal_encoding is deprecated OR ...mbstring.internal_encoding is deprecated"

when loading the Media Manager, edit your .htaccess and set SetEnv CI_ENV production, then save.

If the issue is that you can not add, delete, or otherwise modify folders and files, check and if needed, modify the /uploads/ folder read and write permission.
