Church CRM is an OpenSource CRM system to build a church website and an online church management software you can use to help you run your church from one place.

Once the web-based application is installed, you can access it from anywhere using any modern browser or device.

And being open-sourced (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open_source) means that it is free and that you have the permission to tweak the source code to meet your unique needs.

ChurchCRM can aid a church in running its congregation by giving the church staff:

  • the ability to group members into families.
  • the ability to upload family and member's photos.
  • the ability to email Sunday School class, teachers, and parents with the click of a button.
  • the ability to email all families at once requesting info verification.
  • the ability to generate end-of-year donation reports.
  • the ability to generate Sunday School class reports with child and parent contact information.
  • Dashboards: that gives you a quick view of your members.
  • Data Import: import data from a comma-separated value (.csv) file.
  • Maps: visualize members' home addresses with Google Maps integration.
  • Mailchimp: Integration with MailChimp lists.
  • Finances: a finance function for tracking tithes, pledges, and gifts.
