cPanel's Webmail allows you to access your email accounts through any web browser.

This can come handy if you need to check your email but cannot currently access your own computer.

With Webmail, you login from anywhere to read your email and respond quickly through the interface.

Roundcube is one of the webmail applications that cPanel provides as an option when you access Webmail.

As a browser-based multilingual IMAP client with an application-like user interface, it provides the full functionality you will expect from an email client, including MIME support, threaded conversation view, address book, drag-and-drop organization, folder manipulation, message searching and spell checking.

To access Roundcube:

  1. From your browser, navigate to either: https://192.168.0.1:2096 or https://yourdomain.com:2096 where "192.168.0.1" is your server main IP and "yourdomain.com", your domain with its extension.
  2. Enter the email address in the "Username" text box.
  3. Enter the email password in the "Password" text box.
  4. Click Log in.

Please note that your domain's DNS information must propagate before you can access cPanel, WHM, or Webmail with your domain name.

For new accounts, this might take up to 48-72 hours for your domain to propagate.

If you cannot access the interface with your domain name, use your domain's IP address.

Once you have logged in, you can now select Roundcube or Horde.
