If you see an error similar to this one below when attempting to publish a website from within the Weebly website builder, it simply means that Weebly was unable to connect to our server via FTP to upload the client's website.
Oops! There was an error publishing your site. The publishing credentials are not valid. Please contact support.
To resolve this error, we need to update the FTP publishing credentials.
The issue with this is the publishing only supports plain FTP and our servers require FTP/TLS or SFTP.
