To review the delivery logs and quarantine for your own email address, you will need to create the user first once logged in to the SpamExperts panel.
To add a new user, navigate to Users & Permissions > Manage email users.
Click Add.
Enter a username matching the email address for the user.
Choose a password.
Click Save.
To manage added user(s), locate a user in the list after logging in to Users & Permissions > Manage email users.
Click the drop-down icon within the row for the user.
Choose from Edit, Delete, or Login as a user to perform management actions.
