Database and Migration
Our system uses database prefixing.
When database prefixing is enabled, the username parameter is included as part of the SQL database names.
To ensure that our team and yours (if it turns out that you want to use yours) can transfer the databases without alteration to the names.
So during checkout, add the username of the source server so they can use the same to create the new account.
Pre-Migration
Once your account is ready, the account team will generate a separate invoice for the migration service.
You can also add the credentials (username, password, one-time code if needed) as notes when during the checkout process.
If you would prefer to use your own team for the migration task, it is OK too.
Just complete the process, gain access to your server and share with them the credentials.
