If you experience errors when trying to log in to their Web Hosting Magic Billing Account, here are some common troubleshooting steps you can use:

  • try disconnecting your VPN, if enabled, and attempt to log in again.
  • clear your browser’s cache and cookies. On Chrome, you can do this by accessing chrome://settings/clearBrowserData. Be careful as this may remove your saved passwords, history, and more.
  • try using your browser's Incognito/Private Mode. This will likely disable extensions and add-ons which will help you replicate the issue.
  • try another browser. Brave, Firefox, and/or Chrome Browsers.

Resetting your Web Hosting Magic Password

If you need to reset your password for your login, you can request a password reset via https://dashboard.webhostingmagic.com/password/reset

Our system will send a password reset email to you.

Our system may require your password to be at least 16 characters and special characters.

We generally recommend using a tool such as https://1password.com/password-generator/ to generate a proven difficult-to-crack password.

Avoid using personal information, usernames, repeated or consecutive characters or words, or similar or repeated passwords.

 


Undelivered Password Reset or Verification Code Emails


Check Spam Folder

Check your spam folder for the 'Request To Reset Your Password' or 'password reset' or 'verification code' email.

If it's in there, open it and proceed as you normally would, and if possible, adjust your spam settings.

 

Check Filter/Spam Settings

Adjust your email filter/spam settings to allow Web Hosting Magic to send you emails moving forward.

Check for blocks on any 'webhostingmagic.com' email addresses.

Automated emails such as password reset links and verification codes typically come from customer-case-notifications@dashboard.webhostingmagic.com

Contact your Email Domain Administrator

For customers with corporate email addresses, it may be that your email admin has increased security measures and restrictions that may block emails.

Please check with your email domain administrator or IT department to make sure that Web Hosting Magic is whitelisted and not blocked from sending/receiving emails.
