To request a cancellation, please visit this URL https://dashboard.webhostingmagic.com/clientarea.php?action=cancel and select the service that you wish to cancel.
You will be prompted to provide a cancellation reason and will also be offered 2 optional time periods for the cancellation - instant cancellation or at the end of the service current billing cycle.
If you select the Immediate option, the account will be terminated on the next systems sync run which is usually within 24 hrs.
If end of billing period is selected, the account will be terminated on the service's next due date.
If a Cancellation Request has been submitted and you later change your mind, please let us know so we can void the cancellation request.
