Our platform relies on prompt payment to:
- keep your web hosting infrastructure running,
- pay the staff that supports you,
- pay for licenses that we are using to support the services,
- and a host of other bills.
Late fee is a low, one-time (percentage) fee on late payments added to customers who didn't meet their obligation by the invoice due date.
Our systems calculate late fees as 3.5% of the total amount owed on the unpaid invoice.
So if a customer's invoice is for $3,000, the late fees are calculated as: 3.5% x $3000 = $105
If for some reason you have genuine difficulties that could explain the inability to honor your service payment obligation, thus incurring the late fee, let us know.
