If your order failed and you received an error saying Decline CVV2/CID, the CVV code entered when you checked out is invalid.
The CVV code is the three-digit code on the back of a MasterCard or Visa, or the four-digit code on the front of an American Express.
Sometimes these numbers can become worn, so make sure you double-check the code and try again.
If it fails again, you will need to contact the credit card provider to verify the CVV code or try another payment method.
