You will not be refunded for prior payments unless there is a problem with your account.
Please contact our billing team or login to your customer dashboard and then request the cancellation of any of your products & services directly from the client area.
When the cron runs any services with a cancellation request due, your account will be terminated from the server and the status changed to "Canceled".
